40 clove garlic chicken
So tonight is book club and we are discussing "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollen. I really enjoyed the book and hope to have a few women to talk about it with. For dinner I made 40 clove garlic chicken which is an old James Beard recipe. I used Tokyo's organic garlic from his farm. I hope it is good.
